The GPS supported logging of potential Earth Station sites is provided by the module, as is a database management function, allowing the user to add satellites directly from this module while in the field.

This module provides a site selection crew with the ability to visit numerous sites, log each one either directly with a GPS receiver, or via Manual Entry of Coordinates, and add notes to the database record to help in later review of each of the candidate sites.

After a final review, the selected sites can be moved into the Site Database from the Logger, where AuraGateway can access them for the purposes of inclusion in a Case.
